I like that this product has been used for several years as an appetite suppressor. I think it is working. I am definitely eating less. I used to snack all the time but recently I haven't been interested in junk food. I have been eating more healthy food in smaller portions. I am interested in losing weight and as I've gotten older my metabolism has slowed way down making it harder to battle the bulge. This stuff works and I am happy with it.
