I am no stranger to stress. My therapist says I need to take care of myself more. But my needs always come last. I am a single mother. I have bills to pay, food to make, shopping to do, laundry to put away, cleaning to do, cats to take care of and make sure that my son is happy and well cared for. How to fit in time for myself? At the end of the day the frustration and stressors start bubbling to the surface. My volcano is about to blow! But since I was given the chance to try out this product for review, I tried it. First of all it really smells good. I am skeptical of natural stress remedies like aromatherapy but this product does work. First I rubbed a few drops onto my wrists and behind my ears. Then I was sprinkling that stuff everywhere! I sprinkled some on my pillow to see if that would calm me down enough to sleep. And it did. The only thing is I wish I had a bigger bottle of it. 5 stars
