I am upset with this company because inside the package, the bottle's lid was loose and the serum had leaked all over when I received it. This company claims to be superior to other competing brands but I checked and the ingredients in this serum are exactly the same as the other serum I have. The serum that I have been using has been effective in giving my skin a youthful glow. The serum does tighten the skin, clears up blackheads and erases the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. I like it but I am disappointed that so much of the serum was lost when it spilled. 3 stars.
