I love the smell of lavender and this is really strong and pure. I don't have a diffuser so I am not using the oil that way, instead I sprinkle drops on my sheets and pillow at night. The lavender is soothing and relaxing. It calms me and helps me sleep at night. The is the purest lavender I have smelled. Usually the lavender scent is watered down but lavender straight from Kashmir is apparently superior. I really like it. 5 stars.
