I don't know anything about computers. I don't know what a raspberry pi is. I googled it and the definition still didn't make any sense to me. I use this charger for my kindle. It charges really fast. I like that there is an on/off switch and I like that a red light turns on when it is plugged in showing that it is working. The cord is long. The 2.5A power supply is apparently good. All I care about is that it charges super fast and not the reason why, just that it does. 5 stars
