NYB Rosemary Pure Essential Oil
I am using this for reducing stress and to help with alertness and memory. I like all of the New York biology essential oils. I haven't had any problems with any of them. Rosemary oil has lots of beneficial uses. I am new to essential oils but I am really interested in using them. I am having lots of fun with all the ones I've gotten so far. 5 stars.

STRESS RELIEF - simply adding a few drops of to a diffuser or boiling water can be an instant stress buster. Studies show that smelling Rosemary Oil actually decreased the levels of the stress hormone, cortisol, in the saliva
.LEARNING & MEMORY - A little Rosemary Oil has been known to lowering stress and anxiety. It has also been shown to positively enhance memory. In fact, a 2003 study showed that the aroma of rosemary produced a significant improvement in performance, quality of memory and secondary memory factors in healthy adults. It also helped them remain more alert.

Improve Memory – Mix 3 drops of rosemary oil with 1/2 tsp ofcoconut oil and rub on upper neck or diffuse for 1 hour a day.

Hair Thickener – Put 5 drops of rosemary oil on scalp and massage in after showers or use my homemade rosemary mint shampoo recipe.

Heal Prostate – Mix 2 drops of rosemary oil with 1/2 tsp of carrier oil and rub beneath testicles.

Reduce Pain – Mix 2 drops of rosemary oil, 2 drops of peppermint oil and 1 tsp of coconut oil and rub on sore muscles and painful joints.

Improve Gallbladder Function – Mix 3 drops of rosemary oil with 1/4 tsp of coconut oil and rub over gallbladder area 2x daily.

Heal Neuropathy and Neuralgia – Take 2 drops of rosemary oil, 2 drops of helichrysum oil, 2 drops of cypress oil and 1/2 tsp of a carrier oil and rub on area of neuropathy.
