I like this stuff a lot. I am almost completely out. I need to get more. I have the green tea flavor which tastes pretty good. I have sensitive teeth. I have a lot of pain with hot or cold foods. This has helped a lot. I have lost a lot of tooth enamel. My teeth have cracks all over them in the enamel. Since I have been using this product I have actually noticed some of the cracks in my enamel filling in. I would like to get some more of this and try the cool mint flavor. What a great product! 5 stars.
